CAPEL-Y-TON GRAVEYARDover the past few years I have had a lot of contact from people wanting photographs of their families gravestones at Capel-Y-Ton. i have even tried a few times but the overgrowth has stopped me. the good news is the site has been cleared i have photographed as many of the grave stones as i can and their on the new updatedcapel-y-tonpages
WANTED: OLD & MODERN PHOTOS OF TONdo you have any photos of ton? old ones or modern ones?I’m looking for any photos at all to add to the 2000 plus we already have on the web site. if you can help please contact me and we can discuss them... if your photos are printed originals I can scan them and return them to you, normally it only takes me a day or two.

TONYREFAIL.ORG REFERENCE LIBRARYTonyrefail.org has a growing library of material which we use to offer free searches on local history and family history including burial records for three of Tonyrefails four burial grounds, a lot of which we have headstone inscriptions for as well. for me details check THIS forum page.
2011 TONYREFAIL CALENDARTonyrefail.org has for the second year produced a tonyrefail calendar. this years was printed by the same company that printed last years so is of very good quality. this years calendar though was designed by tonyrefail.org not the printer so is a much nicer design. check the web sites shop for full details and remember all profits raised not just through calendar sales but through all items in the shop go back into tonyrefail.org and the various projects run under its name.
HANES TONYREFAILhanes tonyrefail was the first book written about tonyrefail, it was written by the well known resident of tonyrefail Thomas Morgan and published in 1899. we have now created a website dedicated to the book, with downloadable copy of the original book as seen on the right and a modern version
