TONYREFAILS LISTED BUILDINGSThere is evidence of habitation in and around Tonyrefail going back over two thousand years, due to the expansion of our village and its modernisation little is left of our past for those who will follow us. To protect what little we have left, we have laws which govern some buildings which are of certain historical value, these laws are enforcedby Cadw and their listed building records. Cadw’s records show we have eleven listings in Tonyrefail, Eight of these are within Tonyrefail and the remaining Three are in or very near to Castellau (which Cadw seems to class as Tonyrefail).
