Genealogy Although the aims of the society are to cover the history & folklore of Tonyrefail, we understand that genealogy can play an important part in some peoples historical interests, and as such will aid our members in any way we can in the provision of information or assistance in their family history searches.   To aid our members research we have copies of burial records, stone inscriptions and plot maps for both Ainon Chapel, Waunrhydd Road and Capel Y Ton, High Street. these are available for loan to Society members at the Society meetings   Please feel free to contact the society secretary with any enquires you may have, ask at one of the society meetings or use the genealogy forums on tonyrefail.org   society member Roger Pope has written about his ties with Tonyrefail. click HERE to read his story    ©2008 & 2009  the Tonyrefail History & Folklore Society  created by Steve Kiff -  www.tonyrefail.org
